Inspired by the surrounding landscape, Stay Rural LLC was created to make your visit to Central Montana a one of a kind experience. On an open-air, 100 mile back roads tour you will go through prairies, farm land and the Highwood mountains on both public and private roads with a local guide. You can expect unique opportunities to see Montana's abundant wildlife and natural wonders throughout historic and geological scenery.
Stay Rural: A beautiful excursion through the backroads of Montana. From the parie to the mountains with wildlife everywhere along the way. Very knowledgeable information about Montana rock formations and Montana history. Nine amazing creek crossings that were picturesque and a blast to cross. The side-by-side was very comfortable and clean also there is room to store a rain jacket if need be. Dinner was delicious and the presentation was amazing! Locally sourced meat that made you feel like a local Montanan. Wonderful hospitality all the way around. The only thing I forgot and wish I had was chapstick for the excursion. So grab your chapstick and enjoy Montana's beautiful back yard it is absolutely breathtaking
Welcoming spot in a welcoming little central montana town. Really enjoyed the stay! Very clean amenities with lots of space, nice kitchen and living room to visit and relax, and great patio to grill on!
Very helpful hosts! We had to postpone our stay due to weather in our area and Corey was very accommodating. The space is beautiful, up to date and has the most beautiful morning view of the buttes from the dining table.

Corey and Shaya are great hosts and would recommend staying with them. The place is beautiful, spacious, and clean. If you're looking for a base camp for hunting this would be a great spot, this is a very comfortable home I would highly recommend it.

Due to the nature of the tour, there is a limited number of open dates to book, however if you have a specific date in mind, please get in touch! We currently accept bookings to stay through Airbnb & VRBO.
